Just 3 weeks before the much-aniticipated release of DVD and Blu-ray of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1', Warner Bros. Pictures released two promotional videos.
First is the First Sizzle Spot Promo for 'Deathly Hallows - Part 1'. The said video was posted by an entertainment website a month ago. But if you haven't watched it, just click here.
The last is one of the deleted scenes from 'Deathly Hallows - Part 1'. It depicts Aunt Petunia saying her last words to Harry Potter.
The Aunt Petunia scene is short but very meaningful and dramatic. Beautiful? Very!!! I love this scene but honestly I am happy with the great montage done by Yates and Day. The whole opening scene of 'Deathly Hallows - Part 1' does not need this Aunt Petunia scene. Let's be grateful!!!
The montage of 'Deathly Hallows - Part 1' is a great example of visual communication, a storytelling. It visually sets up the atmosphere of the whole film. If they included this scene, the whole film wouldn't have the so-called integrity. The film is not about the length!!!
You can watch the whole Aunt Petunia thing, just click here
Thanks to Warner Bros. Pictures
