The photo above shows Dudley and Harry Potter with Uncle Vernon in the background. This is the Dudley Handshake scene which was not included in the opening montage of the film 'Harry Potter and the Deathly hallows - Part 2'.
The scene is a little too slow paced for the opening montage, so that's why it was deleted. Dudley looks drunk and the green wall looks weird.
